Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped from our Singapore warehouse and most orders are processed and out the door in 1-2 business days with a transit time between 2-5 business days. We only deliver to Singapore addresses.

Our warehouse is open during standard business hours Monday - Friday and is closed during national holidays in Singapore. All orders will be shipped by NinjaVan to ensure a safe and reliable delivery experience - with full tracking on your end.

Please note that occasionally our warehouses experience periods of high order volume and it can take up to 4 business days to process your order. Such cases are rare and we always ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible

If you see major damage to your package, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to cs@travelmall.com.sg.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number so that we can raise the issue with NinjaVan as soon as possible.
